Please note that any orders with personalised engraving may require up to 72 hours to ship but if you do need it quicker, let us know and we will do our best to deliver for your required date – we enjoy pulling out all the stops for our clients, so feel free to challenge us with that impossible deadline, we might just surprise you!
For security purposes, all Silver With Emotion deliveries will require a signature. UK deliveries are sent via UPS unless you have a scheduled a Saturday Delivery which will be sent via Royal Mail.

*Guaranteed by 1pm Saturday delivery is available for £12. This option is available throughout the working week**. However to ensure Saturday delivery we ask that you ensure your order is made and confirmed by latest at 12pm (UK time) on the Friday** of any given week and we will get it packed in time for the Friday afternoon post. Saturday delivery cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers or coupon codes.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delayed post or deliveries due to any Royal Mail or Courier Strikes.
Unfortunately we also can't accept responsibility for delays to your parcel due to adverse weather or political conditions. We will of course endeavour to keep you informed if there is going to be a delay but this isn't always possible and we do suggest that you track your parcel regularly to keep an eye on your parcels progress.
You can see if your order has been dispatched by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the checkout box at the top right of the page. If it has been dispatched, it will say 'Shipped', if not, it will say 'Completed', meaning that the sale is complete and ready to be dispatched.
Upon shipping your order you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number together with a link to the UPS website so you will have everything you need to know where your order is at all times.
We do keep a careful eye on all shipments once these leave our London HQ and we work with UPS closely so in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery of your order, we should know about it right away BUT if for any reason you haven't received your order by the confirmed scheduled delivery date and you have not heard from us, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate and let you know the shipment's status.
